All In One SEO ("the App") is a Shopify application that helps merchants improve their store's search engine optimization. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it's used, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

When you install the App, we access the following store data through the Shopify Admin API, limited to what's needed for the App's features:

• Product, collection, page, and blog article content (titles, descriptions, images) - to audit and optimize on-page SEO
• Theme and app-embed settings - to render structured data and speed optimizations on your storefront
• Online store navigation and redirects - to manage broken links and URL redirects
• Basic shop information (name, domain) - to generate SEO content and reports

We do not access customer personal information, order data, or payment details.

Optional third-party connections

If you choose to connect them, the App can also access:

• Google Search Console and Google Analytics - only if you explicitly connect your Google account, to show search performance and traffic data inside the App. You can disconnect at any time from the Google Tools page.
• Google Gemini (AI) - product/page content is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate SEO titles, descriptions, image alt text, and keyword suggestions. This content is your store's own product/page data, not customer personal information.
• Google PageSpeed Insights - your storefront's public URL is sent to Google's API to measure page speed. No private data is shared.

How we use data

Data is used solely to provide the App's features to you: SEO auditing, content generation, structured data, image optimization, broken link detection, and reporting. We do not sell or share your store's data with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the App's functionality.

Data retention and deletion

We store minimal operational data (settings, saved keywords, scan history, usage counters) in our own database, scoped to your store. When you uninstall the App, this data is automatically deleted within 48 hours, in compliance with Shopify's GDPR requirements. You may also request data access or deletion at any time by contacting us below.

Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured infrastructure. API credentials and tokens are never exposed to your store's storefront or theme.
